Capacity
Building Groups
Grow & Flourish’s Capacity-Building Groups aim to empower individuals by fostering skill development, confidence, and independence in a supportive, inclusive environment; focusing on personalised growth, encouraging participants to achieve their goals and strengthen their connections within the community.
Healthy Relationships
Engaging in healthy and safe relationships is important for everyone. Adults who have a disability are at higher risk of being taken advantage of or remain vulnerable without teaching explicit skills and providing a safe and inclusive environment to discuss these important topics. The Healthy Relationships content has been developed by Meagan using the Shine SA Sexual Health and Healthy Relationships Curriculum. Meagan has attended a two-day workshop at Shine SA to implement this curriculum.
